Terms of Service

1. What BBiz does

BBiz reads the public pages of an online shop you give us (for example on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or your own website), uses AI to organise the information, and publishes it as an “AI Agent Shop” — pages at bbiz.shop/s/… written so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT can read and recommend your products.

The check and demo on our website are free and only an illustration. Building your AI shop from your real shop, and publishing it, needs a paid subscription.

2. BBiz is not part of your sales

We do not sell goods, take payment for goods, ship orders or handle returns. Buy buttons on your AI Agent Shop send buyers to your shop on its platform, to a payment link you choose, or to your WhatsApp.

Every sale is between you and your buyer only. Disputes about orders, payment, delivery, quality or refunds are between you and the buyer, and BBiz is not responsible for them.

3. Your right to submit a shop, and the licence you give us

When you submit a shop you confirm that you own it, or that its owner has authorised you to submit it.

You give BBiz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to access, copy, store, process (including with AI services), translate, display and host the public information of that shop, and anything you upload or edit, for the purpose of generating and hosting your AI Agent Shop and running the service. This licence ends when your shop is removed from BBiz, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups for a limited time.

4. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email account secure; you are responsible for what happens in your BBiz account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use BBiz on behalf of a business that can enter into this agreement.

5. Accuracy of your shop content

AI-generated text can contain mistakes. Before going live you review your shop, and you can edit it at any time from your dashboard.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you confirm or edit, including product details, prices, stock, shipping and return policies, coupons and contact details. Prices are shown as they appeared on your platform when we read it and may not update automatically.

6. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The subscription costs RM 99 per month (or the price shown at checkout), charged in advance by our payment provider Stripe. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. After cancelling, your AI Agent Shop stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it is paused.

If a renewal payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period during which your shop stays live while you update your card. If payment is still not made after the grace period, your shop is paused: AI assistants can no longer read it. You can bring it back at any time by subscribing again.

We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription.

7. Refunds

Periods that have already been charged are not refunded, including when you cancel part-way through a month or when your shop is paused for breaking these terms. We will refund charges made by mistake, such as a duplicate charge, and any refund required by Malaysian law.

8. What you may not use BBiz for

You may not submit or publish a shop that you do not own or are not authorised to submit, or pretend to be another seller or brand.

You may not use BBiz for counterfeit goods or anything that infringes someone else’s trademarks, copyright or other rights; for goods or services that are illegal in Malaysia or banned by the platform you sell on; for adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs or tobacco and vape products where restricted; or for false or misleading claims.

You may not interfere with the service, try to access other users’ data, or copy the service in bulk by automated means.

9. Our right to pause or remove a shop

We may pause or remove an AI Agent Shop, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, or if we receive a credible complaint (for example from a brand owner). A shop paused by BBiz can only be restored by us; we will tell you why and how to reply.

We may also suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or spam.

10. Platforms and AI assistants

BBiz is not affiliated with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, OpenAI or any other platform or AI provider. We only read information that is publicly visible. Your relationship with the platform you sell on is governed by its own terms.

We cannot read every shop, and we do not promise that any AI assistant will read, show, rank or recommend your shop, or that you will get more traffic or sales.

11. Intellectual property

Your shop content stays yours. The BBiz service, software, design and brand belong to us, and these terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the service.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, BBiz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, sales, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.

13. Ending this agreement

You can stop using BBiz at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When it ends, your AI Agent Shop stops being available.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using BBiz after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Malaysia. If the English and Bahasa Melayu versions differ, the English version applies.
